USE AND OCCUPANCY The premises shall be used solely for the event stated above Subletting or assignment of the premises is not permitted without prior written consent from the Landlord. CONDITION OF PREMISES Tenant acknowledges that the premises are in good condition. Tenant agrees to: ● Maintain the premises in a clean and sanitary condition. ● Promptly notify the Landlord of any maintenance issues or damage.
